Sarkodie Wins United Nations Global Excellence Award

Multiple award winning rapper Michael Owusu Addo widely known for his musicianship as Sarkodie wins big at the UN Global Excellence Awards.

The rapper has won many awards in his lustrous career as a musician in the last decade.

The ‘Saara’ hitmaker has won awards at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), Black Entertainment Television Awards (BET), All African Music Awards (Afrima), 4Styte Television Music Video Awards, MTV Africa Music Awards, Headies, MOBO awards, Channel O awards and many others. The rapper has included the United Nations Global Public Service Awards to his name.

It rewards the creative achievements and contributions of public service institutions that lead to a more effective and responsive public administration in countries worldwide.
