Ras Kuuku’s VGMA Plaque Stolen

He won the prestigious award at the 2020 VGMAs.

A wild rumor flying around social media indicates that Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, Ras Kuuku’s VGMA plaque for the 2020 VGMA Reggae/Dancehall Artiste Of The Year has been stolen.

Ras Kuuku was declared the winner of 2020 VGMA Reggae/Dancehall Artiste Of The Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2020, beating J. Derobie, AK Songstress, Epixode, Jupiter, and Samini.

Following that achievement, Ras Kuuku has been moving across every nook and cranny of the country presenting his award to fans and taking pictures and videos to celebrate the milestone he has chalked.

Social media users have reacted to Ras Kuuku’s inability to allow the maiden VGMA plaque he has won ‘rest.’ Many believe he is over-celebrating the award since it will lead to complacency and perhaps collapse his career.

Meanwhile, rumors said the award had been stolen and Police officers have been involved in the probe to find out who has stolen the VGMA plaque.
